Supply & Install Orders:

30% payment upon delivery of products.

20% balance after installation is completed and approved.
Retail Purchases (In-Store):

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Pre-Order Items:

50% deposit required when placing the order.

Remaining balance to be paid upon product arrival or before collection.
Sample Deposit:

RM50 deposit is required to bring samples home.

Deposit will be refunded upon sample return in original condition.

All sales are non-refundable.

Items may be exchanged within 3 days if in original condition and packaging.

Please bring your receipt for exchange verification.

No cash refund; top-up is allowed for higher-priced exchanges.

White carpets are not eligible for exchange.
