SUPPLY POLICY 

  • We offer a wide selection of carpets in various styles and materials.

  • Ready Stock: Available for quick installation (1-day processing).

  • Pre-order: 2–4 weeks for special or custom designs.

  • Holding Stock: 50% deposit required to reserve items.

  • Professional installation provided by our experienced team.

  • Please ensure the site is clean and ready before installation.

  • If any issues occur during installation, contact us immediately for assistance.

  • Installation costs are clearly stated before work begins.

INSTALLATION POLICY 

PAYMENT POLICY 

Supply & Install Orders:

  • 50% deposit required to confirm your order.

  • 30% payment upon delivery of products.

  • 20% balance after installation is completed and approved.

Retail Purchases (In-Store):

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Pre-Order Items:

  • 50% deposit required when placing the order.

  • Remaining balance to be paid upon product arrival or before collection.

Sample Deposit:

  • RM50 deposit is required to bring samples home.

  • Deposit will be refunded upon sample return in original condition.

  • All sales are non-refundable.

  • Items may be exchanged within 3 days if in original condition and packaging.

  • Please bring your receipt for exchange verification.

  • No cash refund; top-up is allowed for higher-priced exchanges.

  • White carpets are not eligible for exchange.

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt

  • Customer details are used only for order processing and communication.

  • We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties.
